Richard (DIck) Winslow led a full life during his 82 years on earth.
He was born and raised in Washington, D.C. He passed away at his home in Red Canyon/Lander Wyoming on Sunday, November 7, 2021.
He attended the University of Houston majoring in Photography. He then enlisted in the military. He was trained as a photo interpreter in South America and in the Pacific.
He was a college professor at CWC for 19 years teaching computer science. He also worked for insurance companies in Dallas, Texas and in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
While working in Cheyenne he fell in love with Wyoming.
In 1991 he met and married Nancy Kelley and for 31 years they met and became friends with a multitude of people in the United States and abroad.
Dick loved athletic challenges and traveled with bicycle clubs riding 100 plus miles a day. His love for God was evident and he loved his church which he faithfully attended for many years. He loved the Lord with all his heart. Dick will always hold a place in the hearts of many.
A celebration of life service will be held at the family home, 26 Bristlecone Road, Lander, on Saturday, November 13 at 2 p.m.
