Richard Yenchick, Jr. Obituary

Richard J. "Ricky" Yenchick, Jr., 33, of Phoenixville, PA passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025.

Born on December 19, 1991 in Phoenixville, PA he was the son of Richard J. and Denise F. (Bernsteel) Yenchick.

He was a Phoenixville High School graduate, Class of 2010.

Whether he was reeling in a fish at dawn or tearing down a trail on his dirt bike, Ricky lived for the thrill and the freedom it brought. Above all else, his greatest joy in life came from being a dad. Ricky poured a lifetime of love into every moment he shared with his young children, Remington Mae and Braxton Matthew.

In addition to his parents and children, he is survived by:

Fiancée, Mirissa DeFelice.

Brother, Ryan husband of Emily Yenchick.

Nephew, Weston Cole Yenchick.

Maternal Grandparents, Dawson and Evelyn Bernsteel.

Many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded by paternal grandparents, George and Margaret Yenchick.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Service in the Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 11:00 am.

Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery.

A viewing will be held in the funeral home on Monday from 9:30 to 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ricky Yenchick Memorial Fund for his children located at Phoenixville Federal Bank.
