Rick Helm Obituary
Born in Williamsport on July 27, 1953, he was the son of the late Howard E. Jr. and Elizabeth (Toti) Helm. He was married to Sharon Helm. Together they celebrated 16 years of marriage.
Rick was a 1971 graduate of South Williamsport High School and was the seafood manager for Giant and Weis Markets. He was an avid Eagles, Penn State, and Phillies fan. He was also a champion at shooting darts.
In addition to his wife Sharon, five daughters Amanda Reed and her husband Jim of North Carolina, Chelsey Helm of North Carolina, Lisa Robins and her husband Brad of Milton, Brandy Vincent and her husband Jason of Milton, and Jenifer Travers of Milton, seven grandchildren Jacob Robins, Kimberly Phillips, Ashlee Robins, Megan Woltz, Austin Robins, Logan and Paige, four great grandchildren Izabella, Jameson, Lyla and Willow, and two sisters Tammy Taylor and her husband John of Kansas, and Jeanne Barker of Texas.
He was preceded in death by a great granddaughter Savannah.
Graveside services will be held in Harmony Cemetery, Milton on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. with Chaplain Mike Miller officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Rick's name may be made to the Milton YMCA Playground Project 12 Bound Ave. Milton, PA 17847.
