Rick Dale Snack, 67, of Crooksville, died Saturday, January 24, 2026 at his home. He was born February 7, 1958, in Zanesville, a son to the late Frank E. and Catherine (Merriam) Snack. Rick proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked for PCC Airfoils and enjoyed going to festivals and watching wrestling and The Ohio State Buckeyes. Above all, Rick found the most joy spending time with his family and attending his grandchildren’s sporting events.
He is survived by two daughters, Regina (joseph) Baker and Tequilla (Randy) Smith; six grandchildren, Destiny (Cody) Jackson, Dayton (Chelsey) Smith, Haleigh Pierce, Elijah Baker, Kameron Baker and DeCoda Russom; six great grandchildren, Zayne Jackson, Zaylee Jackson, Wynter Wood, Jaylee Wilcoxen, Liam Wilcoxen and Hudson Smith; two brothers, Ronald (Rose) Snack and Gary (Deborah) Snack; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Rick is preceded in death by his brother, Steven Snack; and an infant daughter, Brandy Snack.
A cremation will take place under the direction of BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE.
