Rickie Lynn Brass, 75, of Washington, NC, passed away after battling cancer on December 30, 2025.
He was born on June 11, 1950, to Evelyn Pauline Kellogg and Elmer Leon Brass. After retirement he served as Dock Master for the city of Washington waterfront docks for 20 years.
Rick is survived by his former wife and best friend Mary McShane Brass, Daughter’s: Elise Brass, Kathleen Brass, and Meredith Brass, and six Grandchildren: Erin, Michael, Elowyn, Emsley, Iris, and John Oscar.
Services to be held privately. Donations to the North Carolina Coastal Federation would be greatly appreciated.
