Ricky Todd Rayburn Ricky Todd Rayburn was born on September 26, 1957 to Bobby and Wanda Rayburn in Bay City, Tx. Ricky grew up in Sweeny Tx and is where he graduated high school and lived his whole life, often known to many as Sam. Ricky worked at Conoco Phillips for 37 years as an operation specialist. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Sweeny.
