Ricky Stewart Obituary
A memorial service for Mr. Ricky Joe Stewart, 71, of Bernice, LA, will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 20, 2023, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd., Monroe, LA, with Bro. Donald Hutto officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe. Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. until service time at the funeral home.
Mr. Stewart was born November 2, 1952, in Natchez, MS, and passed away December 12, 2023, in Rayville, LA.
Mr. Stewart loved to hunt, fish and golf. After he retired, he spent a lot of time with his grandchildren teaching them how to hunt and fish.
Mr. Stewart was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey C. Stewart and Mary Ruth Monnin Williams.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Stewart; children: daughter, Kimberly Joy Stewart; son, Ricky B. Stewart; and daughter, Carey Jo Stewart; sisters, Patricia Jackson, Wanda Vallery, Lisa Grannan, and Tafta Sauseda; brothers, Danny Stewart and Daniel Stewart; ten grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
