Ricky Willix Obituary
Ricky Thomas Willix, age 61, of Gordon County, Ga., passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at his residence.
Ricky was born on July 19, 1964, of Gordon county, a son of the late “J.T.” James Thomas Willix and Marjorie Marie Gibson Willix. Ricky was a committed and faithful member of Sonoraville Baptist Church and did everything he could as a father for his kids.
Survivors include his son, Wesley “Wes” Thomas Willix (Amber Bradshaw); daughter, Samantha Willix; and his K-9 companion, Gizmo.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, September 8, 2025, from the Sonoraville Baptist Church, at 10 AM with Rev. Jamey Hunt officiating.
Burial will follow in Gaines Cemetery.
