Rita Beechler Obituary
Rita Marie Beechler, passed away on November 21, 2025, at the age of 79. She was born on July 3, 1946, in Columbus, Ohio. Rita cherished spending time in the sunshine, finding peace and happiness in the warmth it brought. Her heart held an abundance of love for her family, particularly her grandchildren, whom she deeply adored.
Rita is survived by her loving daughter, Tina Robinson-Hall (Jody); her cherished grandchildren, Natasha Robinson, Mandi Richardson, and Jackie Richardson (Erika); as well as her great-grandchildren, Hunter, Dayton, Jayden, Kaylee, Brantlee, Riley, and Harper; and great-great-grandchildren, Daylyn and Houstyn. She is also survived by her brothers, Michael Beechler and Ray Storts; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Beechler and Mertle Carman Beechler; and her siblings, Jim Beechler, Carolyn Beechler, Eddie Hamilton, Mary Hamilton-Smith, Wilbur Storts, Phyllis Storts, and Ray Storts.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 pm on Saturday, at the funeral home. Cremation was chosen following Rita's wishes.
