Rita Cleaver Obituary

Rita retired as a purchasing manager at Niagara Plastics, she was a life member of the VFW Post 470 auxiliary. She enjoyed bowling, bocce, going shopping and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Rita was preceded in death by her husband Charles R. Cleaver; a son Ken Cleaver; a brother Eugene Wojciechowski.
Survivors include a daughter Eva Cleaver; two sisters Lucille Wojciechowski and Dorothy Martinez; a sister-in-law Virginia Wojciechowski; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Per Rita's wishes there will be no visitation, friends are invited to a funeral mass on Thursday 12/29 at 10 am at Blessed Sacrament Church, 1626 West 26th St. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 West 38th St.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to ANNA Shelter, Orphan Angels or charity of one's choice.

Dear Eva. My heartfelt sympathy and condolences. Rita absolutely loved you dearly and she was very lucky to have you in her life all these years. I just saw her 2 months ago shopping at Boscov's and we had a nice visit. Rita was the sweetest woman and know you will miss her dearly. She's reunited with her husband and son now.
