Rita L. Giguere

Rita L. Giguere, 79, of Dracut, MA, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at Tufts Medical Center, in Boston, MA. She was born on July 11, 1946, to the late Wilbrod and Marion (Landry) Giguere, in Lowell, MA.

Rita devoted years of service at Raytheon in Andover, as a Missile Test Operator. She was a communicant and devoted parishioner of both St. Theresa's and St. Margaret's Parishes. In her free time, Rita enjoyed the summers she spent on Lake Winnisquam. Rita was a member of the Dracut Grange, and a leader for the Girl Scouts in Dracut. She was the Camp Coordinator for over 25 years at Camp Runels, in Pelham, the Youth Drug Program Coordinator and the Girls Softball Coach in Dracut.

Rita is survived by her siblings: Jacqueline Chausse, of Dracut, MA, Pearl Nickles, of Windham, NH, Paul Giguere, of Palm Springs, CA, Donald Giguere, of Dracut, MA, Linda Been, of Ficher, TX, Lucille Page, of Dracut, MA, and David Giguere, of Meredith, NH; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Rita is predeceased by her siblings: Robert Giguere, and Alfred Giguere.
