Obituary of Rita M. Settimi
Rita M. Settimi (nee Garramano), age 94 of Cherry Hill, passed away at her home on October 22, 2024. She was born in Camden, New Jersey on February 25, 1930 to the late Guliano and Catherine (nee Leonetti) Garramano.
She was the beloved wife of the late Roberto; devoted mother of Kathleen L. Settimi; cherished nonna to David R. Huntsinger; dear sister of the late Jane, Elenor, Rose, Gloria, Anthony, Anna and Mary. She is also survived by her goddaughter Stella and many loving nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
Rita was a longtime beautician, holding a managers license at Panache Salon in Marlton. She enjoyed going to the casinos and playing the slots, and watching horse races; was a parishioner of the Catholic Community of Christ Our Light and a member of Columbiettes Council 5714.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Monday, October 28, 2024 from 10 to 11 AM at the Catholic Church of Christ Our Light, 402 Kings Highway North in Cherry Hill, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM. Entombment will follow at Calvary Mausoleum in Cherry Hill.
