In Loving Memory of
RIZALINA ROCHA RODRIGUEZ
“Nena”
(June 5, 1931 - October 5, 2025)
Rizalina passed away peacefully in the late hours of October 5, 2025, with her family, both near and far, gathered close.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alejandro “Alex” de Guzman Rodriguez.
Rizalina’s children Lourdes Arlene & Armando, Alejandro Jr. & Digna, Abraham & Peaches, and Angelyn Socorro & Ebenezer, along with her grandchildren Christine Marie Grace, Patrick Mikhail, Alejandro Felix III, Alexandria Marie, Dominic Alexander, Aaron James and Ian Joseph, join all beloved family and friends to celebrate the life they were blessed to share with her.
Born in Tabaco City, Albay, Philippines, Rizalina was a successful entrepreneur with stellar intellect and business acumen. She was dedicated to her family and guided by her Christian faith. Rizalina was rooted in the teachings of the Bible and in love, nurturing others with enduring generosity. Like the gardens she loved to tend to all her life, her spirit always blossomed with hope.
Rizalina’s relatives and friends humbly request prayers for the eternal rest of her soul. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Hope Chaplains of University Medical Center (UMC) Hospital.
Her mortal remains will lie in repose on Sunday, October 12, 2025 in the chapel of
Bunker’s Eden Vale Mortuary. Visitation time is from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. A mass honoring Rizalina will be offered at 12:00 p.m. immediately following the visitation.
The committal service will take place at 1:00 p.m. at the adjacent Woodlawn Cemetery.
