Robbie Dayle Barron, 66, of Jayess, MS passed away Nov. 18, 2022 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS surrounded by his loving family.
Visitation will be Tuesday at Hartman Jones Funeral Home from 5 until 8 PM and Wednesday from 9 until services there at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at East Fork Cemetery. Rev. Mike Morris will officiate. Pallbearers will be Casey Mitchell, Paul Scariano, Nick Savoy, Scott Bates, Calvin McEween and Chris Kyzar. Honorary pallbearer will be Terry Simmons, Pat O'Quinn, Tim Wilkinson, Mike and Dusty Riley. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations are made to the Enon or Fernwood Volunteer Fire Depts.
Mr. Barron was born on July 26, 1956 in Magnolia, MS to the late Robert Percy Barron and Minnie Pearl Reeves Barron.
He was a retired rural mail carrier and worked for the Bogue Chitto Post Office for over 20 years. He was a very kind hearted man who loved the Lord and loved his family with all of his heart. He was also a longtime volunteer fireman for East Central Volunteer Fire Dept. and later moved to Walthall County where he served at Enon Volunteer Fire Dept. He loved spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Robert Percy Barron and Minnie Pearl Reeves Barron.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Julie Wallace Barron of Jayess; Robin-Lynn Billiu and her husband Gregory of Brookhaven, MS; Bobby Curtis Barron and wife Kaitlyn of Jayess; 3 grandchildren Dakota Lynn Billiu, Conner Lance Billiu, and Brantley Silas Barron; one sister Susan Crow of Biloxi, MS; his mother-in-law Len Wallace of Madisonville, LA; one sister-in-law Laurie McDaniel and her husband Mark of Madisonville, LA and numerous other relatives and friends.
