Robert "Bob" Daniel Barrowman III
Age 63, of Tawas City, Michigan, passed away on September 24, 2025, at his home in Tawas City, Michigan, surrounded by his loving family. Bob was born on January 20, 1962, to the late Robert Barrowman Jr. and Patricia (Krum) Barrowman, in Bay City, Michigan. He spent much of his life in Bay City, Michigan, and was a proud graduate of T. L. Handy High School in Bay City. Following his high school graduation, Bob entered the workforce as a land surveyor. In 2000, he relocated himself to Tawas City, Michigan, where he spent the remainder of his life. He spent 20 years working for Rigg Land Surveying and was a very dedicated and skilled employee until he eventually retired from the company.
Bob married the love of his life, Roberta "Bobbi" (May) Barrowman, on July 16, 2005, at their home in Tawas City, Michigan. She was his soulmate and best friend, and they enjoyed doing anything and everything together. They had the opportunity of spending the last 27 years taking on life together and making endless memories. Some of Bob's favorite hobbies consisted of hunting, fishing, trapping, and spending quality time with his friends and family. He was a very loyal and loving man who will be missed dearly by many.
Bob is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Bobbi Barrowman; son, Marcus Barrowman; brother, Mike (Sherry) Barrowman; sisters, Cindy (Dan) Miller, Becky Wright, and Amy (Steve) Wiechec; grandchildren, Halie Sivrais, Abby Kolka, and Lucas Knee; great grandchildren, Axl Winchell and Clyde Smith; mother-in-law, Kathy May; siblings-in-law, Robert (Rob) May, Pam May, and Leeann Grappin; and several nieces and nephews.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents Robert Jr. and Patricia Barrowman; son, Kenneth Barrowman; sister, Ashley Barrowman; grandson, Joshua Cnudde; father-in-law, Robert May; brother-in-law, James "Zip" Wright; niece, Brianna Maturen; and children, Christopher Knee and Teri Jo Knee.
