Robert Barry Obituary
Bob enlisted in the Navy on October 16, 1951 and served as a Radio Operator on the USS Kula Gulf and USS Tarawa. He later worked as a computer operator for various insurance companies, retiring from American International Group. He also owned and operated U Fix It Yourself, an auto repair business from 1973 to 1977.
Bob was predeceased by siblings Gerald Barry, Mary Ellen (Barry) O'Neill, Ann (Barry) Adams, Francis Barry, and Margaret Barry.
He is survived by his children Michaela Barry, Matthew Barry, and Rebecca (Barry) Rumfelt; and his grandchildren David Barry and Morgan Baumann. He is also survived by his sister Joan (Barry) Freeman, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are on Tuesday, August 5 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St. Manchester NH. Service to begin at 12:30 PM.
