Robert Bass Obituary
Bob graduated from Buhler High School in 1971. He worked as a machinist for J & J Drainage, Hutchinson, for many years. Bob had a passion for music and played guitar for over 50 years. He most recently was the guitarist for the Boulevard Band and Ulterior Motives.
On January 28, 1995, in Hutchinson, Bob married Tammy Jo Chaffin.
Bob is survived by: his loving wife of over 31 years, Tammy Bass of Hutchinson; son, James (Vicki) Huebner of Wichita; daughters, Buffy Countryman of Salina and Christina Cobb of Hutchinson; five grandsons; four great-grandsons; and sister, Letha.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Friends may sign his book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Thursday, February 12, until Thursday, February 26, Sundays friends may sign from 1 to 5 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested by American Lung Association, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
