To help make the bills after having kids, Robert opened "Baxter Electric" in the Spring of 1976 where he became known as the largest electrical contracting company in the state of Oklahoma. Robert's life was a testament to the virtues of kindness and generosity. He always extended a helping hand to anyone in need, and his influence will continue to be felt by all the lives he touched.
As we say farewell to Robert, we will be reminded every day of the joy he found in the simple pleasures and that he was a man who lived fully, loved deeply, and laughed heartily. His legacy is one of generosity, a sense of humor that could light up a room, and a belief in the power of community. As we reflect on his life, we are reminded of the impact one individual can have on so many. Robert's memory will continue to inspire and guide us, just as his life was a beacon of hope and a source of countless smiles. He will be profoundly missed, but the melody of his life's song will resonate for generations to come.

So sorry for his passing! He personally solved the mystery of our electric service troubles after we barely escaped a meltdown when the City of Edmond replaced electric meters. He'll be missed but his legacy is much appreciated.
