Born on July 31, 1942, Robert grew up in Garfield, New Jersey. He built a lifelong career as an industrial electrician, where his unmatched skills and handiness earned him the respect of many. Always resourceful and dependable, Robert was the kind of person family and friends could count on for both practical help and friendship.
Robert is survived by his beloved daughters, Michelle Woolley and Jennifer Hill, and her husband, Jason; his granddaughter, Michaela Woolley; his sisters, Joan Albanese and Paula Benus; and his long-time partner, Bonnie Mueller. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Robert's legacy lives on through the love he shared with his family, the numerous skills he passed down, and the many lives he touched.
A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025 from 11am-1pm at the Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home, 241 Route 94 Vernon, NJ. (For GPS use 1 Vanderhoof Court). A memorial service will be held at 12:45pm at the funeral home.
