Robert “Bob” J. Charest, 74, of Hooksett passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2024. He was born in Goffstown, NH on February 27, 1949. The son of the late Leo Charest, and Geraldine Charest (Desrochers).
Bob had a deep affection for anything related to firefighters, war history, and classical music. His passion for these interests was infectious.
Bob is survived by his brother; Emile Charest and his wife, Jeanine Charest, and his 2 sisters; Cecile Dolan, Alice Cashin and her husband, John Cashin, 6 nephews, 3 nieces, 5 great nephews, and 6 great nieces, along with many close family members.
SERVICES: A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, March 4th, 2024, from 4PM-5PM, at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover St. Manchester, New Hampshire, immediately followed by a Memorial Service at 5PM. Family and friends are welcome to join for refreshments in the café from 5PM-7PM.
