Robert "Bob" Williams Obituary
ROBERT “BOB” WILLIAMS, age 72, of Talbott, TN passed away on January 30, 2022 following a brief illness. He was employed for 22 years by Phillips/Magnavox, and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam era. His favorite hobby was woodworking and he always loved spending time with his family. Preceded by his parents, Ralph C. Williams and Marie Anquetil Williams. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, JoAnn Clowers Williams; daughter, Michelle Bolling (David Hughes); son, Michael Williams (Stephanie Holbert); grandpa’s treasures, his grandchildren, Alexis, Zada, Christopher, Gage and Acen; brothers and sister, Ralph E. Williams, James R. Williams (Barbara), Steve Williams (Kim), and Rose Little (Mac); several nieces, nephews and special friends. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday morning at Farrar Funeral Home to proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. military graveside service with Rev. Danny Lamb officiating. Due to Covid, Farrar Funeral Home strongly suggests following all CDC guidelines, including the wearing of face masks.
