Robert "Bob" Lee Wince, 95, of Zanesville passed at 4:01 AM Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Brookdale Senior Living of Zanesville.

He was born on Wednesday, May 14, 1930, in Zanesville, Ohio, the son of the late Orris W. Wince and Dora Grace Evans Wince.

Bob was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean War. Bob went to Lash High School, class of 1948. He retired in 1992 from Armco Steel after 42 years of service. He was an avid golfer. Bob was a regular at Tee Jaye's, going every Wednesday morning with a group of friends. He built several homes in the area, including some on East Military Road and Coldspring Road.

Bob is survived by his two daughters, Tammy (Rodney) Ruehle of Pickerington and Bobbi (Doug) Bennett of Zanesville; grandchildren: Zakary (Amy) Bennett, Emily (Sean) Brady, Andrew (Meghan) Ruehle and Mitchell (Olivia) Ruehle; great grandsons, Timothy, Jakob, Lincoln and Lochlan; two sisters in law, Marjorie Lemert and Sandy Rittberger; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy M. Cooper Wince; an infant daughter, Dawn Wince; and a brother Darrell Wince.

Per Bob's wishes a cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
