Robert Ernest "Bob" Bottom Sr.

Robert Ernest Bottom Sr.,83, passed away October 8, 2025 in his home in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on June 16, 1942 in Salt Lake City to Charles Herman Bottom Sr. and Mary Lucille Asbridge. He married Dixie Harris. They had a son Robert Ernest Bottom Jr., later divorced. He married Cheryl Beesley on February 26, 1967 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Later solemnized in the Jordan River Temple. He worked at various locations, being a parts man for automobile and heavy duty trucks for 30 years. He retired in 1997. He is survived by his wife, and children: Robert "Rob" Bottom Jr., Nicholas "Nick" Bottom, Mary Bottom, Jason DeVisser (son-in-law), grandchildren: Chelsea Arenaz (Daniel), Jesse DeVisser (Brooke), Alivia Cook (Dakota), Emmah DeVisser, Conner Bottom, Cody Weber and three great grandchildren: Dante, Gabriel, Salem, step brothers, Wayne Hendrickson (Joan), Dennis Bennett (Stella), Carter (brother-in-law), nephews: Gary, Josh (Gemma), great nieces: Sydney, Breanna and many more nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, step mom Doris , brother Charles Bottom Jr., sister Joan Carter, daughter Sarah DeVisser, and grandson Robert Wayne Bottom.
