Robert A. Calic

Bob Calic, age 82, of Willoughby passed away at home on Sunday November 16, 2025. He worked for Parker Hannifin in Cleveland retiring after 30 years of dedicated service. Bob was a longtime resident of Wickliffe where he coached youth football and youth baseball for many years plus volunteered much of his time supporting Wickliffe School's Sports Teams. He loved the Blue Devils! He is a proud member of The Wickliffe Hall of Fame. Bob enjoyed playing softball well into his golden years. The only thing he loved more was watching his children and then later his grandchildren play sports; Papa rarely missed a game. Bob is survived by his wife Patricia (nee Salomon); sons Chris (Dawn), Sam (Anne) and Todd; grandchildren, Lexie Shiplett (Alex), Sammy Calic, Marco Lovejoy (Jessica); great grandchildren, Natalie and Mikayla Lovejoy. Bob loved his family and many friends. He was always there to lend a helping hand whenever needed. Many will remember him as the friendly face they saw when they entered Seasonal Sporting Goods, Bobs home away from home. All services will be private.
