Robert Canull Obituary
HAMMOND - Robert L. Canull, 84, formerly of Hammond, passed away at 1:05 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 15, 2023, at Kirby Medical Center, Monticello.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2023, at Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 66 E. U.S. 36, Atwood, with Pastor Troy Page officiating. Burial will follow in Hammond Cemetery, Hammond. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Bob was born Oct. 3, 1938, in Sadorus, the son of Carl A. and Elizabeth "Iky" Chrisman Canull. He married Janice Belton in 1958. He later married Chrissy Landes. She preceded him in death on Feb. 28, 2004.
Survivors include two daughters, Michelle (Wayne) Nelson of Cisco and Robin (Craig) Conner of Atwood; a son-in-law, Brian DeLong of Atwood; 11 grandchildren, Kierra, Karisa, Kaley, Klayton, Mara, Amanda, Austin, Blake, Paige, Bailey and Kael; eight great-grandchildren; three siblings, Jan Bell of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Dick Canull and Jacki Morris, both of Brooksville, Miss.; a stepson, Kyle (Chelsea) Landes of Mount Eden, Ky.; and a stepdaughter, Karri (Julianne) Landes-Wilkins of St. Petersburg, Fla.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Jana DeLong.
Bob was a retired farmer.
