Bobby is survived by his Wife, Janice Carroll; Children, Brandi Dawn Carroll and Significant other Jeff Smith, Brian Dale Carroll; Step Children, Aaron Karch, Ronald Karch; Grand Children, Ashley Partin, Kyle Partin, Blake Partin, Brian Carroll Jr., Abigal Lewis, Bryson Karch, Madison Churchman, Cayson Karch, Skyler Karch, Austin Karch, Landon Karch; Several Great Grand Children; Siblings, Charles Carroll, Sonya (Greg) Elkins, Tonya (Gene) Duncan, Terri (Shawn) Bodine; Brother and Sister in Laws, Lilly Warren, Jerry Gibson, Rebecca Issett, Richard Gibson.
Bobby was preceded in death by his Father, Eusaw Carroll, Mother, Pauline Goddard; Siblings, Theresa Carroll, Gary Carroll, Jeff Carroll.
Bobby served 8 years proudly in the United States Marines. He was a member of the Mt. Vernon American Legion Post #141 and enjoyed being a manager at the Times Square Liquor Store.
Per the family's wishes Bobby will be cremated. Family will greet family and friends from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at the American Legion. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday February 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Vernon American Legion Post #141 with Pastor Kent Jackson officiating.
