Robert Ciprian

Robert "Bob" Ciprian, age 74, of Romeoville, Illinois, passed away on March 11, 2024. Bob was born on September 21, 1949. He was a loving, caring, kind, and goofy man who was God-fearing and cherished interacting with people.
Bob had a diverse career but spent over 40 years working in music ministries. He was known for his passion for playing the saxophone and music.
Bob loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, fishing, and reuniting with his high school classmates along with his many many friends. He was also a devoted Cubs fan.
Bob is survived by his wife, Laurie Ciprian, his children Sherri Moore (Allen), Daniel Ciprian (Kelly), Kerri Jasnica (Brian), and his grandchildren Xavier Ciprian, Kiara Ciprian, and Mandi Moore. He is also survived by his siblings Susan Blake, Mark Andersen, James Andersen (Eileen). Bob was preceded in death by his parents Cathryn and Eugene Ciprian, Margery Andersen, and his sisters Marlene Anderson, Patricia Acerbi,
And his beloved pets Kidey cat, Smokey and LadyMac.
Bob became a born again Christian on May 20, 1976 and has lived his life serving the Lord.
He attended Oak Lawn Community High School and graduated from VanderCook College of music in 1971. He also attended Christian life College majoring in Bible.
A celebration of Bob's life will be announced for a later date. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew him.
