Robert Clark, 89, of Colman, SD, passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at Dells Nursing and Rehab Center in Dell Rapids, SD. Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, June 13, 2025 at Skroch Funeral Chapel in Flandreau, SD. Family present visitation will take place from 5:00PM to 7:00PM on Thursday, June 12, 2025 also at Skroch Funeral Chapel in Flandreau, SD.

Robert James Carlisle Clark was born October 9, 1935 to Paul and Ada (Tuttle) Clark. He attended school in Trent and Egan, graduating in 1953 from Egan, SD. Bob married Beverly Smith in a bad blizzard on February 19, 1955. They recently celebrated 70 years of marriage together. From this union came three children: Bill, Jim and Julie.

Bob worked for John Morrell (beef kill) for 30 years, T&R Electric and later worked as a realtor.

Bob and Bev wintered in Mission, TX until 2020. They were proud supporters of Colman-Egan school athletics and the Colman A's baseball team. They rarely missed a game.

Bob is survived by his wife, Beverly Clark, Colman, SD; two sons, Bill (Pam) Clark, Jim (Mary) Clark, both of Colman, SD; grandchildren: Billie Jo (Josh) Flatten, Paul (Amy) Clark, Bobby (Fallon) Clark, Mitchel (Amy) Clark, Cooper (Amber) Clark, Riley (Paityn) Clark; great-grandchildren: Aspen, Jolie, Emmi, Piper, Grace, Renley, Maci, John, Nellie, Kemper, Journey, Kylan, Beckham; brothers, Larry (Lisa) Clark, Watertown, SD, Rodney (Tanya) Clark, Egan, SD; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is proceeded in death by his daughter, Julie Clark; parents, Paul and Ada Clark, Harold and Elsie Smith (in-laws); sisters, Barbara Doherty, Marion Miller, Sharon Ford, and Roberta Reimers.
