Robert D. (Duff) Collins passed away on September 25, 2022. Duff was the beloved husband of Barbara Ann Collins with whom he shared over 71 years of marriage. He was born in Harrisburg, Pa and was son to the late Joseph W. and Elsie Matilda Collins. He was graduated from John Harris High School in Harrisburg, Pa and attended Gettysburg College.
In addition to his wife, Barbara, Duff is survived by son Steven (Carol) and daughter Victoria Lynn (Veghte), along with grandchildren Brett Collins (Melissa), Sean Collins (Christie), Ryan Collins (Jennifer), Rachel Veghte, and Christopher Veghte (Katie); as well as great grandchildren Madelynn, Kyla, Morgan, Jack, Brielle, Mackenna, Luke, Teagan, Grant, and Asa.
Duff proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was employed by F.W. Woolworth Company for over 40 years. In retirement, Duff enjoyed many years with his wife, Barbara, at his beach house in Ocean City, NJ. He was a huge fan of Philadelphia Eagles football, Phillies baseball, and Villanova basketball.
Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the immediate family.
