Robert Carl Colucci, age 62, a longtime resident of Lynnfield, passed away on August 23rd, 2019 following complications from surgery. Born at Lynn Hospital on December 16th, 1956, he was the son of the late Carl Colucci and Lillian "Queenie" Blangio Colucci, former owners of Circle Bowl in Lynnfield. Bobby was one of Lynnfield's sons. He was well known all over town. After Graduating with a history degree, he traveled the world, which was one of his great passions. By the time he was 17, he had visited every state in the union. He continued traveling to the Caribbean and Europe numerous times, just recently completing a Grand European Viking Cruise (Amsterdam to Budapest). His adventurous spirit guided him to live in such places as Alaska, England and others. His charismatic nature found and kept many friends around the world. He worked for many years as a union trucker for Airborne and DHL, making many friends along the way. He was also our family personal "MacGyver," he could fix virtually anything. Bobby's love for sports started at age two, while bowling at the family's bowling alley. At ten, he received his first mini bike leading to his love of motorcycles, boats, but mostly vintage cars. Just recently driving his dream car, a gorgeous 1972 Mustang. On August 15, 2009, he married the girl of his dreams, Beverly Kilbride. Between their beautiful lakeside home in Maine and their seaside home in Florida they enjoyed watching the sun rise and set each day....and never missing a night of "Jeopardy." They enjoyed the simple life needing little other than each other. The "Coluch" was one of a kind. He was always the life of family parities, which always consisted of loud conversation and much Italian food. His quick wit and big brown eyes always lit up the room, and his smile preceded him. His inimitable approach to life will be sorely missed, and his memories will light up our hearts forever. Life will never be the same. Bob, we miss you so much already. Robert leaves his loving wife, Beverly Colucci, his brother Richard, and his sister Joan Colucci-Lemberger and her husband Tom, and his late brother Jimmy Colucci. He also leaves nieces, Lisa Colucci Nekoroski, Tara Colucci-Oshea, and nephew Dane Lemberger. Grand nieces: Stephanie, Emma, Isabella and Jamison. Grand nephews: Matthew and William. Stepchildren: Tanya and Stephen Bloom, Mike Kilbride & partner Doria Purdy, Daniel and Kaitlin Kilbride. Step-Grandchildren: Michael, Nathan, Genevieve and Tommy. His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield Friday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, corner of Grove & Salem Sts., Lynnfield 10:00 am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-8 pm. Interment will be at Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody. Having been a cancer survivor himself at a young age, and lover of children, Bobby would like donations to be made in his name to, St. Jude Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Pl. Memphis, TN 38105.

One thing I can say for sure is, that, Bobby always had this big smile. He had this big personality and was so happy to marry his sweetheart ,Beverly and live in Maine. Maine was where he could live his dream life without a care in the world. Sorry it had to end so early.

Bobby, you've been such a great friend. We had so many awesome times together at camp, at your house, in Florida. Loved playing cards with you and Bev. You even played Parcheesi at camp! You certainly were "Mr. Fix it"! I couldn't believe you just popped that broken faucet out and dropped in a new one in 10 minutes!! That was just 8 weeks ago. Everytime I look at Stella I'll think of you since you're the one who named her!! Thanks for lighting up our world with your craziness, your loyalty and love for having a good time. We'll meet again!

My longest and dearest friend. From cruising Lynnfield in his formula 400 to skiing in N.H. and Fishing in Maine Bob your smile was contagious. He new the roads wherever we were. You have a special Place in my heart. You are missed greatly. God speed to h
