Robert K. "Bob" Cowans, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on November 12, 2025, at the age of 61. Born on March 1, 1964, Bob was known for his down-to-earth nature and deep love for those around him.
Bob was a devoted husband to his wife, Angela Cowans. Together, they cultivated a nurturing and warm family environment that was a source of joy and inspiration for all who knew them. As a father, he was immensely proud of his children, Cassidi (Keith) and Logan (Melissa), and nothing brought him more happiness than his grandbabies, whom he cherished as the apples of his eye. Cameron (Selena), Jaylyn, Kenna, and his great-granddaughter Ny'Asia held a special place in his heart, and he took great delight in being an integral part of their lives.
In addition to his immediate family, Robert leaves behind his brother, Dave (Liz) Cowans, and his in-laws, Robin (Leroy) Owens, Sissy (Albert) Frommel and Bobby Holden. He will also be remembered as a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews, who will carry on his legacy of love and kindness.
Bob was predeceased by his parents, Jerry and Ann Cowans, who instilled in him strong values and a love for family. He was also preceded by his brother Ric (Karen living) Cowans, and his nephew, Chris Cowans.
A man of many passions, Bob was an avid Cincinnati Bengals supporter and enjoyed music, which filled his life with rhythm and joy. His spirit will continue to resonate through the lives he touched and the love he shared. Bob will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
