Robert Charles Cushman

Robert Charles "Bob" Cushman, age 75, of Weymouth, passed away on April 11, 2024. Bob was born in Natick and lived in Weymouth his whole life.  He worked in the food service industry for forty plus years in several school cafeterias, including U Mass, Berkeley and the Winsor School in Boston.

Bob had a very sweet, happy and upbeat nature, and always greeted everyone with a smile. He was truly a kind man. He loved people, and was known for cracking jokes. He enjoyed watching and attending sporting events, especially Boston sport teams.

As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, Bob was associated with the Hingham congregation for most of his life and most recently the Rockland  congregation.

Bob is predeceased by his parents, Charles Cushman Sr. and Marie Cushman (DesGranges). He is also predeceased by his brother, David Cushman. Bob is survived by his siblings, Charlene Cushman, of Florida, Debra Westphal and her husband, Jim, of Florida and Charles Cushman Jr. and his wife Teresa, of South Easton. Bob is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
