Robert “Bob” A. Deay, 78, Eudora passed away on November 19, 2025 at LMH.
Bob was born on February 20, 1947, in De Soto, Kansas, the son of George and Mary (Haulmark) Deay.
Bob married Carla Edwards, in October 1969 in Ottawa, Kansas.
He worked as a master plumber for the University of Kanas for 34 years.
Survivors include his wife, Carla Deay of the home, daughter, Carlette (Rod) Craig, two sons, Chris (Lisa) Deay, Patrick (Bobbie) Deay, five grandchildren, Ashley (Tyler) Johnson, Michael (Anna) Craig, Ben Herrera, Stacey Herrera, Nick Herrera; five great-grandchildren, Grant Johnson, Brooke Johnson, Elijah Herrera, Jackson Herrera and Walker Herrera.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Bill and Boyd Deay; great-grandson, Junior Craig.
No services are planned. The family suggests memorial contributions to the LMH Cancer Center and may be sent in care of the Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
