Robert Devore

Robert Wayne DeVore (58), of Baxter, Minnesota, passed away on September 15, 2023. Robert, known to all as Bob, was born in Brainerd, Minnesota, to Ralph DeVore and Judith (Judy) Nelson on March 21, 1965.

He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting, or just relaxing by the lake. Bob spent his life in many places, including Alaska, Colorado, Washington, and Florida. Still, after seeing all those states, he returned to Minnesota to be closer to what was most important to him: family. Bob made friends everywhere he went, many of them through his years working at Costco. He also loved his dog, Thor, who will surely miss his best friend.

Bob is survived by his wife, Jenny, his daughter, Kindra, and his three step-children, Deven, Felicity, and Kailyn. He is also survived by his mother, Judy, his two sisters, Reene and Rachelle, and his nephew, Payton. Bob was predeceased by his father, Ralph.

Bob’s family will host a funeral service on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. The service will be held at Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Baxter.
