Of Gates, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at age 89. Predeceased by his stepson, Lawrence Woodruff; granddaughter, Gina Nicole Galletto; great grandson, Clark Greaney; father and mother, Angelo and Maria DiCiaccio; brothers, Frank Denton, Cosmo and Arthur DiCiaccio; sisters, Mae Pozzuolo and Marietta Mitrano. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Jean (Ebeling) DiCiaccio; children, Robert Jr. (Sandy) DiCiaccio, Dawn (Scott) Griswold, Lisa Louise (Wayne) Corso; stepson, Robert Woodruff (Ann Coffee); several grandchildren and great grandchildren; many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Mr. DiCiaccio was a retiree of Rochester Gas & Electric and was an avid Buffalo Bills fan.
Friends may call MONDAY, June 30, 2025, from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 11:00AM at the funeral home. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Alzheimer,s Association, 200 Meridian Centre Blvd., Suite 110, Rochester, New York 14618 in his memory.
