Bob and I went to U of M med school together, graduating in the same class in 1974. He I and Lee Anne were all at the Grand Rapids Family Medicine residency program in 1974-1977. I remember Bob as fun, driven to excellence, and dedicated to medicine. We were all lucky to know him.

Dr. Dixon was a wonderful doctor! He treated 3 generations of our family and was always so thoughtful and thorough. We still talk about the level of care and personal attention Bob always gave. It is unmatched in this day and age. Our deepest condolences to Debbie, Amy, and family. You will all be in our prayers in the days that lay ahead.
