Robert Harold Dolby Sr. (67) passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on October 5, 2025. Born on May 17, 1958, he was the son of Ethel Bowden & the late Jack H. Dolby.
He was preceded in death by his beautiful and loving wife of 37 years, Mary Jane Shenton Dolby. They were reunited in time for them to celebrate their 43rd wedding anniversary on Friday, October 10th together again.
Robert was survived by his mother, Ethel; his sisters, Linda Mason & Diane Watson; his daughter, Stacy Vickers, her husband, Matthew; and their children, Kinslee, Kamryn & Kane Vickers; his son Robert H. Dolby Jr., his wife, Hilary; and their children, Caleb (Ellie), Channing, Cash & Creed Dolby, Michael Jr., Brayden & Mia Brooks. Along with his first expected great grandson, Coen Jack Dolby, due January 2026 to Caleb & Ellie. He was also survived by many other family members & friends.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 25, 2025, 2 to 4pm at the Pocomoke Fairgrounds in the Jack Dolby Raceway building, 2037 Broad St. Pocomoke City, MD.
