Robert "Bob" Dotts

Robert “Bob” Dotts, age 70, of Risingsun, OH, passed away on Monday March 17, 2008 at his resident. On September 27, 1937 he was born to Clarence and Margaret (Roller) Dotts in Bowling Green, OH. He married Margaret”Becky” Tefft on December 23, 1958 in Dowling, OH and she survives. Bob a self employed construction contractor for Robert Dotts and Sons - Great Lakes Windows and Door, Burgoon, OH. He was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, Risingsun, OH. Bob loved nature, birds, hunting and enjoyed botany.

Surviving Bob is his wife: Becky Dotts of Risingsun, OH; sons: Vic (Nanette) Dotts of Burgoon, OH; Rob Dotts of Toledo, OH; Kevin Dotts of Risingsun, OH; granddaughters: Danielle and Gabrielle Dotts of Burgoon, OH; brother: John (Rhetta) Dotts of Nelsonville, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents; son: Richard Dotts; brothers: Larry and Clarence Victor Dotts.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 from 2-4 & 6-8 at the Marsh Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St. Luckey, OH. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, March 20, 2008 at 10:00 AM from St. Paul United Methodist Church, Risingsun, OH where there will be additional visitation from 9:00 AM until time of services. Officiating will be Pastor Kevin Dotts and Pastor Susan St. Peter. Interment will be in New Belleville Ridge Cemetery, Dowling, OH. There will be a bereavement luncheon held at the church immediately following the committal services at the cemetery. Memorials may take the form of contributions to the family.
