Robert Drudge Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Allen Funeral Home - Davison on Jan. 26, 2026.
DRUDGE, Robert C.– of Grand Blanc, age 94, passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Abbey Park Senior Living. A Funeral Service will be held at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423 11 AM on Friday, January 30, 2026; Rev. David Ramage officiating. Interment will take place in Davison Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 5-7 PM at Allen Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service on Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Antrim County Commission on Aging for their Meals on Wheels program.

Robert was born in Genesee, MI on June 23, 1931, son of the late Claude and Doris (Marshall) Drudge. He served his country in the US Army and the Army National Guard. Bob married Kathleen Schutzler on February 22, 1952, in Capac, MI. She preceded him in death on May 3, 1978. After several years, Bob then married Rita McNeill in 1995, she also predeceased him February 12, 2023. His passion for vehicles lead him to a long career in automotive parts management. Retiring in 1998, Bob could often be found on a golf course or spending time on Torch Lake. He also was an avid bowler. One of his favorite places was spending time in the pole barn admiring his cars or woodworking. He was active in Bellaire volunteering his time with Commission on Aging, delivering Meals on Wheels. Bob taught his love of the game, Euchre, to his children at a young age. They value the fact they learned the game from one of the top players in the world.

Bob is survived by his three sons, William R. Drudge, James C. (Belinda) Drudge, and Robert K. Drudge; two grandchildren, Jaimi C. Drudge, and Jason H. (Taylor) Drudge; two great-grandchildren, Bella R. Fuller and Daphne J. Drudge; sister, Sharon Bullington; sister-in-law, Beverly Drudge; many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph and Ronald Drudge; special extended family, Donald & Elizabeth Snow.
