Our beloved and gentle Patriarch has been called home to Heaven and is now reveling with unbounded joy in the presence of Jesus, alongside his precious wife (our mom and Mimi), and multitudes of family members and friends. We can only imagine the welcome party awaiting him when he arrived!

How to encapsulate this incredible man's life and the vast impact he made during his 89 years on earth...

A man of deep conviction and endless compassion, he lived a life rooted in faith, family, and service to God, his country, and those around him. From serving in the Air National Guard, prayerfully raising his family, guiding others throughout his 50-year ministry as a Catholic Deacon, to simply living out his beliefs with quiet strength, he reflected God's love in every step. A devout man of faith, his trust in the Lord never wavered; his Bible never far from reach, and his prayers never far from our hearts.

He had a giving spirit that touched everyone around him. Constantly putting others before himself, whether volunteering, helping a neighbor, or supporting someone in need, he didn't just serve; he did so joyfully and wholeheartedly.

He adored his beloved wife, Nancy, more than words could ever express. She was the light of his life, his best friend, and his forever love. From the very beginning to their last days, the way he looked at her said everything-pure, unwavering love. The bond they shared over their 64 years together was a rare and beautiful gift to behold.

His love for his family knew no bounds. From his remarkable daughters to his amazing grandchildren and great-grandchildren, he poured out his love generously and without hesitation. No matter the distance or circumstance, he was always present with a phone call, counsel, prayer, or warm smile.

A lifelong learner with an inquisitive mind, he was ever eager to explore new ideas and share what he learned, while encouraging others to learn and grow alongside him. His love for teaching and endless curiosity were made manifest in his attainment of a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's degree in Pastoral Ministry.

His joy was infectious-he smiled through it all, even in the hardest times. That smile could light up a room, and his sense of humor never faded. He had a sharp wit and a signature sarcasm that kept everyone laughing - especially when it was most needed. A jokester he remained to his final breath.

Above all, this incredible man lived for his loved ones. He gave selflessly, loved deeply, and made each person feel important. His unmatched legacy is one of kindness, laughter, devotion, and unshakable faith. We will love and miss him profoundly to the end of our days until we joyously embrace him again.
