Bob was born on August 2, 1935, to George and Elizabeth Fahrenkrug in Neenah, WI. Bob grew up with 2 sisters, Betty Jane and Barbara and 2 brothers, Tom and Bill. Bob married Eileen Kerrigan, also from Neenah, WI on April 4,1959 and was blessed by 65 years of marriage.
Bob was also blessed with 5 daughters, Infant Mary, Julie Lawrence, Laura Beilke (Loren), Nancy Roatch (Jeff) and Sharon Bryant (Rob); 6 grandchildren; Sarah Wicks (Nathan), Jennifer Swanson (Jordan), David Beilke (Lucy) Brittany Lawrence (Tyler) and Samantha & Jordyn Bryant. Bob was also blessed with 7 great grandchildren: Karl, Ellis & Philip Wicks, Sienna & Bridger Swanson and Anna & Addie Beilke. His brothers, Tom (Ruth) Fahrenkrug and Bill (Sandy) Fahrenkrug also survive him.
Bob humbly stated he had many successes in life; his businesses, his hole in one in golf, playing his tenor saxophone with Louie Armstrong in Waupaca, WI to name a few, but he always stated his greatest success was his family. Bob was happiest when his family & friends were at his house, along with Eileen hosting Christmas parties, Corn Roasts, and pretty much everything in between.
The family would like to extend our deepest appreciation to his wonderful caregivers from this year; Our Lady of Peace, St Paul, Lilydale Senior Living, Mendota Heights, Heart to Home, Mendota Heights and Beacon Crest Senior Living, Salt Lake City. Mom & Dad will both be greatly missed by many, but we are thankful they are reunited again and were able to celebrate Christmas together with Mary, Julie and many other beloved family & friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday May 30, 2025 at the Kessler Fahrenkrug Funeral Home 304 S. Commercial St., Neenah. Visitation and gathering will start at 4:00 p.m. with a service and sharing of memories at 5:00 p.m. and dinner to follow.
