Robert A. Ferguson

Robert A. Ferguson Jr., 55, of Lakeview, passed away at 4:33 p.m. on Friday, January 3, 2025, at his residence. He was born in Newport, Rhode Island on December 25, 1969, to the late Robert A. "Fergie" Ferguson Sr. and Concepcion Moreno (Soria) Ferguson who survives in Bellefontaine.

He is also survived by his children, Robbie Ferguson, Tesla Ferguson, Austin Ferguson, Conor Ferguson, and Sofia Ferguson; grandchildren, Makinley Short and Mason Short; brother, Sam (Kristina) Ferguson; nephews, Josh Ferguson, Gabrial Ferguson, Lukas Reames, and great niece, Eva Reames.

Along with his father, Robert was also preceded in death by his son, Matthew Short.

Rob loved surfing when he lived in Virginia Beach. He enjoyed going fishing and spending time with his children. Rob also loved to cook, especially barbeque for his family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A private memorial service will be held for the family.
