Cremation SourceRobert “Bob” Joseph Fill, 83, of Harrison Township, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2025, surrounded by family. He is reunited with his beloved wife and high school sweetheart, Joan Mary Fill, whom he married in 1963 and lovingly cared for until her passing in 2022.
Bob was the devoted father of Daniel S., Timothy R. (Laurie), John C. (April), and Dana L. (Richard Colling); proud grandfather of Daniel J. and Kinley S. Fill; and cherished brother to his surviving siblings Loretta Toporek, Jerry Fill, Charles Anderson, and Richard Anderson, and those that have preceded him in death, Virginia Brooks, Annette Crays, Harry Fill, Raymond Fill, and James Fill.
He will be remembered for his infectious smile, kind heart, generosity, unique sense of humor, love of enjoying the quiet of fishing, sitting outside, and reading the paper, casinos, McDonalds coffee, and, most notably, the joy he found in putting his hands to work, mowing the lawn, and always being ready to help with a project, answer questions, and support his family.
You are warmly invited to a luncheon in celebration of Bob’s life. Please join us as we gather to share memories, stories, and fellowship in his honor.
