My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring. May the God of all comfort grant you peace and strength during this difficult time.

I am sorry I will miss the wake and funeral. I owe a big part of my career to your dad and I will always be thankful. I am a better pilot and a better man because of him. Godspeed my friend and thank you so much for everything, especially your friendship. Ron
