Bob was also preceded in death by his uncle, Bruce Mazar.
He was a Hopewell High School graduate and a proud United States Army veteran. Bob adored his dogs and spending time with his kids. He was a simple man with a caring heart and enjoyed playing poker.
Bob will be deeply missed by his children: Robert G. Fobes III (Zunilda Touma) of Lawrenceville, GA; Charles R. Fobes of Bulger, PA; and Tracey L. Yaros of Hookstown, PA.. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Robert J. and Charles N. Fobes; siblings Nadine, Lorriane, Norine, and James and Bob's life partner, Charlene Sessie.
A memorial visitation will be held at the Arner Funeral Chapel on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
