Robert Fordham Obituary
He was born on July 9, 1941 in Chester, Pennsylvania to the late Edward & Mary (Fennell) Fordham. Robert graduated from Claymont High School Class of 1960. He was a Business Owner and an Accountant most of his career until 2000 when he moved into a sales career, retiring in 2017.
Robert was a partner of Lifehouse Church in Townsend for the last 12 years. He loved sports. He played, coached, refereed, umpired and loved watching his children and grandchildren play as often as possible. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Edward Fordham, Mildred Carney and Kathryn Fordham.
Robert is survived by his wife of 57 years, Arlene, his sons, Edward Fordham and his wife Becki, and Matthew Fordham and his wife Christi Wicks-Fordham, his daughter Kathi Blair and her husband Jeff. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three step grandchildren, Nathan, Kaitlyn, Chance, Jacob, Joseph, Cole, Cody, Callahan and Kerrigan.
Services will be held on Friday, November 8th, viewing will be from 9-10 am with the service beginning at 10 am at Lifehouse Church, 101 Karins Blvd., Townsend, DE 19734. Burial will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in Robert's memory to Lifehouse Church (Benevolence Fund), 101 Karins Blvd, Townsend, DE 19734

I remember Bob from way back when at Claymont High School...He was always one of the good guys....He looked after the younger kids, like me....We were friends and I was always happy about that...RIP, ol'e friend....
