Robert Merle Frazier, age 44, passed away on February 4, 2026, in Santa Clara, California. He was born on August 24, 1981, in
Yuba City, California.
Robert made his home in
Modesto, California for the past six years. He was a devoted husband, father, son, and friend whose presence brought warmth and light to those around him. For 14 wonderful years, he shared a loving marriage with his wife, Shawna Ready Frazier. Together they built a life centered on faith, family, and love. He was a proud and dedicated father to his daughter, Clara Mary-Joy Frazier of Modesto, who was the joy of his life.
Robert worked in security for Crisis24, where he was known for his dedication and strong work ethic.
A passionate sports fan, Robert faithfully supported the Golden State Warriors, the San Francisco 49ers, and the San Francisco Giants. He also enjoyed watching wrestling and loved traveling with his family, creating lasting memories wherever they went.
Robert was a born-again Christian whose faith was the foundation of his life. He was deeply involved in his church community, always eager to serve and lend a helping hand. He treasured being involved in activities with his daughter Clara and spending meaningful time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Shawna Frazier; his cherished daughter, Clara Mary-Joy Frazier; and his mother, Gina Tiscareno. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerald Frazier. He also leaves behind his father, Carlos Tiscareno, along with many extended family members and dear friends who will miss him deeply.

A memorial service will be held on March 7th at 1:00 PM at Neighborhood Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Clara Frazier's college fund.
Robert's legacy of faith, love, and devotion to his family will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
