Robert "Bob" Fuller, 82, of Pierre, SD, died on Sunday, December 29, 2024 at Avera St. Mary's Hospital. Memorial mass will be at 1:30pm on on Friday, January 3, 2025, at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Pierre. Bob's place of rest will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Pierre. In lieu of flowers, condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home (439 S. Robert Bruce Fuller was born on September 20, 1942 to Lowell "Ole" and Cathryn "Kay" (Harter) Fuller in Pierre, SD. He grew up in Pierre. After high school he attended Northern State College and was later drafted, serving in Germany as Military Police.
Bob married Janis "Jan" Wolf on February 8, 1969 in Pierre. Together they have 4 children Amy, Aaron, Annie and Adam. Bob proudly served and retired from the South Dakota Army National Guard. Bob was well known for his strong work ethic. He built a diverse career, working with SD Transportation, Farmers Insurance Group, CHS and most recently at Lamb Auto.
Bob enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and watching the Minnesota Vikings. He and Jan opened their home and hearts to many foster children for over fifty years.
Bob is survived by his wife Jan, children: Amy Fuller and Mohamed Ebada, Aaron and Shelly Fuller, Annie Bonnecarrere, and Adam and Megan Fuller, 10 grandchildren and one sister Lois Fuller (his favorite sister).
Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Larry.
