I cant even begin to describe the sadness I felt when I found out about Roberts passing. He was truly one of the good ones. I pray for his mother in this time. You my friend will truly be missed.

Robert will truly be missed. He was not just my coworker but an amazing friend. He was funny and caring. We had many long discussions and sessions of laughter. We shared music, shows, stories, places to go to eat. I am deeply sorry for your loss and pray for comfort and strength during this time.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I had the great pleasure of getting to know Robert at work. I heard him singing one day at his desk and went over to talk to him about the song. He didn't realize it had been in a movie so I told him about it. We also talked about oldies, old movies, specific actors, etc. I always looked forward to seeing him and he always had a smile on his face. I pray that God will comfort his family and friends during this difficult time. He will be truly missed.

I recently met Robert here at work on the 11th floor of Carilion's Administrative Building in downtown Roanoke. He was extremely supportive in helping me handle some family issues' and recent losses. His supportive comments and faith allowed me to accept what has happened and I will be forever gratefully for that. I will miss that smile when I look over at your desk Robert. Rest now, you have done Country, Family and Friends an honor by being you.

I'm so saddened to hear of Robert's sudden passing. As I am new to the coding department with Carilion, my time with Robert has been brief, however, he impacted me with his wry sense of humor and funny stories. From his first introduction of, "I am the wickedly delicious, slightly tangy, yet always refreshing, Mr. Fabulous" to our long discussions of his love for all things with okra, Robert was the best. I will always remember him. He touched my life. Thank you Robert. Go in peace until we meet again my friend .....

I feel like saying I was Robert's friend and coworker just isn't enough. Robert touched so many people with his humor and compassion. At some point we created a bond and I will miss his antics and random texts,emails and phone calls. My heart goes out to Robert's family and friends during this most devastating time. Robert and I met at Va. Western on our first day of the first class of the coding curriculum, and were in many of the same classes after that. We were also hired the same day by Carilion, and I thoroughly enjoyed working alongside him. His presence here will be missed by all of us, and my condolences go out to his family and friends.
