Robert L. Garner Jr.

Robert L. Garner, Jr., age 46, of Harborcreek, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026 following an extended illness. He was born in Erie on April 10, 1979, son of Robert Sr. and Terry Garner.

Bob was a 1997 graduate of Harbor Creek High School and Erie County Vo-Tech. He had previously worked for Barbato's and Valerio's. Bob was very hands on with his hobbies and enjoyed working on cars, CB radio repairs and gaming system repairs. He also enjoyed attending various vehicle races including events at Eriez Speedway, Stateline Speedway and Lernerville. Bob was a ham radio operator.

In addition to his parents, Bob is survived by one sister, Heidi Sypin (Michael Curtis); grandfather, Joseph Garner; two nieces, Mila and Adriana Sypin; one nephew, Blake Sypin; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Shirley Garner and Philip, Betty and Mary Dougan.

Bob's visiting hours will be held at the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., on Monday, January 26th, from 11 am until the time of the Funeral Service there at 1 pm. Interment will follow at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bob's family through the funeral home.
